What is PLUS

After we launched Z.comSign service (originally GMO-Sign from Japan) in Thailand, although we received much positive feedback from our loyal customers about how user-friendly our service interface is, we have some potential users that were requesting for higher flexibility of our service and customization on the interface design or even the possibility of connecting the online signing system to another system such as ERP, CRM, online shops etc.

Z.com Thailand decided to launch a different online signing service, Z.comSignPLUS with the essential software deployed onto our own Cloud service (Z.com Cloud) and provide to our customers on a private virtual server. With this new concept, we can have our programming team to implement changes into the system to fulfill complicated requests according to system requirements from our users. Z.comSignPLUS can support external integration to any other systems too by utilizing our API feature. While the Z.comSign is provided as a complete SaaS (Software as a service) based service that the code of the software can't be amended easily, Z.comSignPLUS is provided on a dedicated virtual machine for every customer to allow our programmers to implement whatever changes without bringing any impact to other customers of ours.

Comparison of features between & PLUS

"Z.com Sign PLUS" is an unique online service with the possibility to adapt more features to the basic functions. Comparing to Z.comSign, e-Timestamping feature is not available on the electonic signatures for Z.comSignPLUS, but there is no limitation for the e-Sign transactions, makes it suitable for companies that requires high volume of signing transaction.

Z.com Sign PLUS is more suitable for Thai company because most of the government departments in Thailand prefers to use digital signatures that is utlizing CA (Cerificate Authority) which is having ETDA (Electronic Transactions Development Agency) in Thailand as the official Root-CA.
